I enjoyed reading this book. It's an easy read, and the simple sketches help set the tone of the poems. Reading this book took me back down memory lane to some events in my life. As someone who also likes to write poetry, I really appreciated the stories and images shared. One of my favorite was "Can I Touch Your Hair". I could certainly relate. It brought a smile to my face. This book along with the graphics surpassed my expectations. The poems were very poignant and profound. It seemd as though the writer has captured the view from so many of our windows.

I love it!! Not only is it well written it's heart felt, it's an easy read, It keeps your attention. You will not be able to put it down so do not start reading if you thing you are going to read a few pages and go to bed, you will have to finish it.
